Despite rumors to the contrary,Double Cross (1996) Ryan Phillippe is not dating Katy Perry, as confirmed by their emotional rollercoaster of a Twitter exchange. So, um, what is he up to? Is he dating anyone? I didn't know what Ryan Phillippe did last summer, and suddenly, I felt an all consuming void.

Apparently, he's been tweeting a lot under the name Dr. Philz.
