FX Networks and Sexy SistersFX Productions are cutting ties with Louis C.K. following allegations of sexual misconduct leveled against the comedian by five women in a New York Timesreport -- allegations that C.K. confirmed in a statement Friday.
C.K. will "no longer serve as an executive producer or receive compensation on any of the four shows we were producing with him," FXN and FXP said in a statement. Those shows are Pamela Adlon's Better Things, for which C.K. co-wrote next week's Season 2 finale; Zach Galifianakis' Baskets; Tig Notaro's One Mississippi (which airs on Amazon); and TBS' upcoming animated comedy The Cops, which has suspended production in the wake of the news, per the Hollywood Reporter.
FX Productions also cancelled the overall deal with C.K. and his production company, Pig Newton.
"Louis has now confirmed the truth of the reports relating to the five women victimized by his misconduct, which we were unaware of previously," the FX statement reads. "As far as we know, his behavior over the past 8 years on all five series he has produced for FX Networks and/or FX Productions has been professional. However, now is not the time for him to make television shows. Now is the time for him to honestly address the women who have come forth to speak about their painful experiences, a process which he began today with his public statement. FX Networks and FX Productions remain committed to doing everything we can to ensure that all people work in an environment that is safe, respectful and fair, and we will continue our review of all of these productions to ensure that was and is the case."
C.K.'s publicist, Lewis Kay, announced on Twitter Friday that he was no longer representing his longtime client.

According to Variety, C.K.'s management company, 3 Arts, has also dropped the comedian, releasing a statement that reads: "We have terminated our relationship with Louis C.K. We are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff, clients and the community at large. We are doing a full internal review regarding this situation and are taking additional steps to strengthen our processes and procedures while engaging with our staff to address any concerns about harassment or abuse of power. This behavior is totally unacceptable in all circumstances and must be confronted and addressed."
C.K.'s agency, APA, also parted ways with the comedian Friday, per THR, and C.K. will not return to reprise his lead role in Universal and Illumination's animated sequel The Secret Life of Pets 2, according to reports.
After the Timesstory broke on Thursday, HBO also cut C.K. from the network's Night of Too Many Starscharity telecast, and removed his comedy specials and previous series, Lucky Louie, from its on-demand services. Netflix then canceled a planned stand-up special, while the distributor of C.K.'s upcoming film, I Love You, Daddy, announced that it would not be releasing the project.
