Would you rather have Ask Me What You Want (2024)free chicken nuggets for an entire year or the satisfaction of finally seeing President Trump release his tax returns?
It's a tough choice to make, but somehow a very relevant one in today's world.
You see, on Wednesday, after Wendy's promised an ambitious nugget-loving fan he would receive free nuggets for a year if his tweet got 18 million retweets, Oregon senator, Ron Wyden was inspired to epically troll Trump.
SEE ALSO: That teen's chicken nuggets tweet is on track to make historySenator Wyden, clearly seeing the Twitter exchange between 16-year-old Carter Wilkerson and Wendy's that took place earlier this month, decided to give the direct approach a try.
Starting with a period (to show he meant business,) Wyden @'ed Trump's personal Twitter account to boldly ask if he would release his tax returns, provided the tweet reach Wendy's seemingly impossible goal of 18 million retweets.

The world has been anxiously awaiting Trump's tax return release since the 2016 debates, and after MSNBC's Rachel Maddow sort of revealed two pages of Trump's 2005 tax return in March, people are hungry for more. So Wyden probably figures it's best to exhaust every option and wear Trump down using his favorite social media platform.
Though Wyden clearly took inspiration for his latest tax return tweet from a Wendy's fan, it's not his first call to action on the matter.
The tweet pinned to his account from January also calls for retweets from those curious about Trump's taxes, and has managed to get an impressive 114,000 retweets.

But sadly, as of Thursday, the combined retweets Wyden was able to receive on both of his Trump tweets is still less than Wilkerson's single nugget tweet -- which is on its way to becoming the most retweeted tweet of all time -- woo!
So I guess that means if we're going by Twitter, nuggets take priority over politics. Nugs not Repubs. Lovely.
