Donald J. Trump,Anal sex movies potentially the "healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency" according to his doctor in a dashed off note in November, had a cozy chat with widely criticized TV medic Dr. Oz this week.

Here's what we learned about the health and general fitness regime of the man who could be the next commander-in-chief.
The show was a bit slow to start, with Trump telling Oz he gets hay fever and often wears a hat to protect himself from the sun.
Trump brandished his latest medical letter with the usual showmanship.
It offered a bit more than the last one in November, when his personal doctor Dr. Harold Bornstein initially told whomever it may concern that his "laboratory test results were astonishingly excellent."

Bornstein's rhetoric was a little more measured in the letter, dated Sept. 13, that Trump pulled out on the show.
It said Trump is "in excellent physical health" and revealed that the candidate has a cholesterol level of 169, weighs 236 pounds at 6'3" and takes "a lipid lowering agent (rosuvastatin) and a low dose aspirin."

Oz reminded Trump that at 6'3" and 236 pounds he has a BMI of 30, which is "high" (and puts him in the clinically obese range).
Trump admitted he could lose a few pounds.
“Yeah I think I could lose a little weight. I’ve always been a little bit this way," he conceded. "You know -- I’ve sort of always been, I was probably a good swimmer. But I’ve always been this way. I think that if I had one thing I’d like to lose weight. It’s tough because of the way I live. But the one thing I would like to do is be able to drop 15 to 20 pounds. It would be good.”
By logical extension, anyway.

Oz wasn't exactly grilling Trump during their tête-à-tête. But he did at least question him on his stamina. "If elected, at age 70, you will be the oldest person to ever enter the Oval Office," he said. "Why do you think you have the stamina for the job?”
Trump was as concise and clear as ever. "I would say just based on my life, I mean I’ve had -- I’ve actually -- I don’t know if this makes sense, I feel as good today as I did when I was 30.”

There were a few things TV viewers didn't learn which live audience members were privy to thanks to some judicious editing: Trump likes fast food "because you know what they put in it," and he kisses his daughter Ivanka "every chance he gets."
Trump's rival, Hillary Clinton, this week also released a doctor's note, this one from Lisa Bardack, MD Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. It concluded that "Mrs. Clinton has remained healthy and has not developed new medical conditions this year other than a sinus and ear infection and her recently diagnosed pneumonia."
