With the TV powered off, you can still use the Arc to play your favorite music or podcast either with the Sonos app or Apple AirPlay 2.
Sonos also incorporated thoughtful details into the soundbar like an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts brightness of the soundbar's LEDs to how bright the room is, making them visible but not distracting.
There's also a magnetic sensor on the Sonos Arc which adjusts the EQ to temper base resonance. If you have other Sonos soundbars in your home, the Arc allows you to connect them together, bringing music into more rooms.
If you've been slogging along with subpar TV speakers, today is a great day to upgrade to the Sonos Arc soundbar. Best Buy chopped $250 off the list price which means you can get significantly improved sound for $649.99. Not only does this mean your next movie viewing experience will be better, you'll have an all-around great speaker for your home.
