The Watch Revenge Ride Onlineclass-action lawsuits brought against Donald Trump's "Trump University" have been settled for $25 million.
The deal, announced Friday by the New York Attorney General's Office, marks an end to an ongoing problem for the president-elect. But Trump still faces numerous other lawsuits, as noted by the Financial Times.
The lawsuit alleged that the business program committed fraud and used false advertising and unfair business practices. It also alleged the program had targeted seniors and therefore violated "financial elder abuse" laws that can carry severe penalties.
Trump University admitted no wrongdoing as part of the deal, according to news reports.
"Donald Trump fought us every step of the way, filing baseless charges and fruitless appeals and refusing to settle for even modest amounts of compensation for the victims of his phony university. Today that all changes," New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said in a statement.

The settlement comes after Trump said during a Republican primary debate in March that he doesn't "settle cases very easily when I'm right." Nine months ago he tweeted that he wouldn't settle the case "out of principal" and just a week ago, he asked to hold off on the trial until after the inauguration. He was previously set to appear in court for the case.

The case garnered particular attention during the election when Trump said the judge presiding over the case, Judge Gonzalo Curiel, could not be unbiased due to his Mexican heritage.
Of the settlement, $4 million will reportedly go to the New York Attorney General. The lawyers who brought the case will not be taking attorneys fees.
