There's an outline of what is most likely the Note 8 in landscape position with its top and bottom bezels exposed, and edge-to-edge display.
We also can see the very prominent S Pen stylus, which is a staple on Note phones.
Samsung's Galaxy Note 8 will build off the success of the Galaxy S8 and S8+, and will hopefully give the company a chance to put the Galaxy Note 7 exploding phone debacle behind them.
Last year, Samsung launched the Note 7 to rave reviews, only for the phones to catch on fire worldwide due to faulty batteries. The disastrous launch ended with a global recall before Samsung finally put it out of its misery and discontinued it.
A detailed report last month from notorious phone leaker Evan Blass revealed virtually all there is to know about the soon-to-be-released phone. The Note 8 is expected to have a 6.3-inch infinity display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, dual rear cameras, and a conservative 3,300 mAh battery.
Note fans who were literally burned by the Note 7 will be watching closely to see if Samsung's learned its lessons for the Note 8. Hopefully we can trust the company this time around. We'll find out soon enough, as the event's August 23 date is only a month away.
