Adobe,Watch Angel Has Fallen Online MasterCard and AT&T are just a few of the 44 companies who recently pledged to close the gender pay gap.
They all joined the Obama administration's Equal Pay Pledge, the White House announced Wednesday. Also joining were eBay, the Honest Company, Square and Workday, among others.
The pledge was launched earlier this summer, when it attracted the support of companies including Apple, Facebook, Airbnb, Amazon, IBM, Microsoft and LinkedIn.

By signing the equal pay pledge, companies agree to conduct annual company-wide gender pay analyses across occupations, review hiring and promotion processes to reduce unconscious bias, and embed equal pay efforts into their broader equity initiatives.
Individual companies also made more specific commitments when signing on.
Adobe described its work on equal pay as part of a "larger diversity and inclusion strategy with three key areas of focus: building a diverse talent pipeline, broadening our recruiting efforts to ensure a diverse candidate pool and helping all employees grow once they are part of Adobe."
eBay said in a statement that the company was committed to conducting ongoing reviews of compensation practices and taking action when necessary to ensure employees are paid equitably.
More than 100 companies have now signed the White House pledge.
