In the most trying times,Dear Utol (2025): TBrgy. Chairman Episode 39 occasionally a tiny pleasure will pop up to take away the pain, and today that soothing balm is Joe Biden's birthday.
Specifically, we're talking about President Barack Obama's warm tweet on Sunday evening wishing his vice president a happy 74th birthday.

The political bromance between Obama and Biden has been on display for almost eight years, the two frequently appearing together, affectionately giving each other dap or draping an arm over the other's shoulder.
But as Obama is now forced to hand over the White House to President-elect Donald Trump, a man he campaigned against furiously in the last few months, some of the strain has been apparent on his face during recent appearances.
That's why, more than ever before, with just two months left in office, Obama seems to be positively gushing in this brief moment where he gets to say something nice on the public stage that's not related to the incoming administration.
Happy 55th, Barack! A brother to me, a best friend forever. pic.twitter.com/uNsxouTKOO
— Vice President Biden (@VP) August 4, 2016
Back in August, for Obama's birthday, Biden tweeted a photo of a friendship bracelet, a characteristically humorous gesture from the VP.
Biden hasn't responded to Obama's birthday wish yet, but he's sure to offer one of his familiar, uncomfortably long full-body hugs (virtually) to POTUS soon enough.
