Footage obtained by TMZ shows Bieber getting into his SUV and slowly driving away. The photographer was caught by the tyres of the vehicle as it turned out of a driveway.

Other footage and pictures posted on Instagram show Bieber attending to the man who was struck. The singer also spoke to police and was not charged.

Police told CNN a 57-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The incident happened after Bieber canceled the last set of shows for his Purpose World Tour, according to a press release issued Monday.
The statement cites "unforeseen circumstances" as the reason behind the cancellation. "Justin loves his fans and hates to disappoint them," the release said. "He thanks his fans for the incredible experience of the Purpose World Tour over last 18 months."
The statement adds that Bieber is "grateful and honored" for the performances he did during the tour. "However, after careful consideration he has decided he will not be performing any further dates."
