They’re not getting cheaper exactly but,Apple will reportedly soon allow you to pay for its products over time. And you'll save money as these plans will be interest-free.
According to Bloomberg, Apple is preparing to introduce the option of monthly installment plans for its Apple Card holders. The company had already begun offering a 24-month no-interest payment plan for the iPhone in 2019. However, this new roll-out will include monthly payment plan options for a slew of Apple products.
The report states that Apple will offer a 12-month payment plan for Macs, iPads, display monitors, and other peripheral devices, such as iPad keyboards and the Apple Pencil. A 6-month payment plan will be offered for the Apple TV, HomePod, and the popular AirPods. All of these plans are interest-free.
Bloombergnotes that Apple CEO Tim Cook had mentioned expanding its payment plan model during an earnings call in April.

Apple is notorious for its premium pricing of its products. An interest-free installment plan will certainly help people afford to buy more of them.
