Marvel unleashed a torrent of news at Comic-Con Saturday including the reveal of a whole bunch of new movies and fantasy sex videoseries for its post-Infinity Saga Phase Four along with new characters joining the fray.
New characters means new actors, and because there's so many big additions, we decided to round up everyone who's joining (or returning to) the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a big new role.

Let's kick it off with one of the most surprising and exciting announcements of the event, which is actually slated for Phase Five (sorry).
Mahershala Ali is the new Blade. Blade is a take-no-shit vampire hunter who is also himself a vampire-human hybrid, giving him some some abilities like super strength, speed, and healing, but without any of those pesky vampire weaknesses. The original Blademovie trilogy starred Wesley Snipes, who gave the character a level of absolute coolness that few actors could hope to match. But given Ali's talent (including the role of Cottonmouth in Luke Cage), he should fill those shoes without a problem.
Black Widow is getting her first feature film after years of kicking ass in Marvel movie after Marvel movie. Joining Scarlett Johansson will be David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian, a Russian supersoldier who was created in response to the U.S.'s own Captain America. Interestingly, Harbour's character in Stranger Things 3butted heads quite a bit with an ill-fated character named Alexei.

Also coming to Black Widoware Florence Pugh as fellow assassin Yelena Belova who was trained alongside Natasha Romanoff; Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff/Iron Maiden, a spy who was also trained at the same place as Natasha; and O. T. Fagbenle as Rick Mason, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who's romantically interested in Natasha.
While we knew a couple names attached to Eternals, we learned which characters these big names are playing in the upcoming movie along with some new ones joining the project. Angelina Jolie will be playing Thena, a warrior and scholar who at one point in the comics became the leader of the Eternals. Richard Madden will play Ikaris, an Eternal powered by cosmic energy who was father to Greek character Icarus in the comics.

Along with these big names, Marvel revealed more Eternals including Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Ajak (Salma Hayek), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry), Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), Gilgamesh (Don Lee), and Sprite (Lia McHugh).
Shang-Chi is a new character coming to the MCU, played by Simu Liu. Shang-Chi is a really good martial artist. So good, in fact, that he's considered the greatest martial artist in the the entire Marvel universe. Liu tweeted at Marvel back in December saying he'd like to talk about Shang-Chi, and it looks like that actually happened.

Joining Liu will be Tony Leung as the Mandarin (finally, after that Iron Man 3fakeout) and Awkwafina in a yet-to-be-revealed role.
Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) are getting their own original series and will be starring alongside an adult Monica Rambeau played by Teyonah Parris. Monica first appeared in the MCU as a child in Captain Marvel, and in the comics she was the second Captain Marvel.
What If...? is an animated series that will look into alternate realities in the MCU where anything could happen. The series will have voice work from many of the world's favorite Marvel actors from over the years.

The second image in that tweet shows a bunch of the returning faces who will lend their voices to the series. What If...?will also feature Jeffrey Wright, who will be voicing The Watcher, who watches over the multiverse.
We didn't learn about any new actors coming to Thor: Love and Thunder, but we did learn there's going to be a new Thor: Jane Foster, played once again by Natalie Portman.

That's right, Jane Foster will be the new goddess of Thunder, following the footsteps of Jason Aaron's comic book and Eisner Award-winning storyline that kicked off in 2014.
Fantastic Fourwas barely mentioned at Comic-Con, but it was in fact confirmed alongside the arrival of mutants in the MCU. Will it be a series? A movie? Who knows, but people are putting together their dream casts online, including many mentions of real-life couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski as superpowered couple Sue Storm and Reed Richards. But the best idea floating online is probably Paul Giamatti as every character.

Hopefully all our lingering questions will be answered soon.
